We know that you don’t get enough time to practice, so we have designed a perfect program for you which can help you in busy life and boost your energy. We are offering one day workshop which in including Yoga Classes, meditation, Shatkarma, Pranayama and much more.

  • Food : You will find a best vegetarian organic food in our workshop. Two meals will be served in a workshop i.e. breakfast and Lunch. All these meals are made according to the satvik diet which suits the yogic way of living.

If you are coming from another city or want stay at our place then kindly reserve your room in advance. The accommodation is basic which corresponds the yogic lifestyle. Rooms are spacious and airy.

NOTE : who wants to stay longer Instead of 1 day workshop, they can apply for 3 Days, 5 Days, 7 Days or 14 Days Yoga Retreats.

  • 7:00 – 7:45 Pranayama & Meditation
  • 8:00 – 9:00 – Asana Practice
  • 9:00 – 10:00 Breakfast
  • 11:00 – 12:00 – Meditation
  • 12:30 – 1:30 – Lunch
  • 2:00 – 3:00 – Lecture
  • 3:30 – 5:30 – How to do asana
  • 6:00 – Check out
